Promoting Self-employment Intentions Among Higher Education Students in India: The Moderating Role of Social Support
摘要
This study examines the influence of social support on the nexus of organizational support and self-employment intentions through entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed using SPSS AMOS, and hypothesis relationships between variables were investigated using SPSS Process Macro. Results show that social support positively moderates the indirect effect of organizational support on the self-employment intentions of the students through entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and the relationship is stronger for students with high social support.
