Real-Time Monitoring of Constant Pressure and Variable Frequency Drive Motor in a Control Plant Using Modbus TCP/IP, IoT Core, MQTT, and Grafana
摘要
This research will view and examine IIoT integration in PLCs to control variables by monitoring pressure and the work percentage of variable frequency drive motor. The industrial sector is forging into a new era of industrialization that requires new technologies to be integrated into its operational frameworks. The Internet of Things industry has essential applications, such as monitoring the proper functioning of autonomous systems, maintenance, and failure detection. The industrial application of the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a primordial role, being an essential function that includes real-time monitoring, proactive maintenance, and timely detection of potential failures, all to ensure the optimal performance of autonomous systems. The initiation of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) integration involves the initial step of parameter acquisition, conducted via protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, extensively utilized within PLCs to supervise and control industrial plants. These parameters are then sent to the cloud for data storage, management, and monitoring; and they are validated with the remote interaction between DAIREL and the constant pressure plant HMI Interface.
