The combined use of engineering and human resources (HR) methods has become a crucial approach for firms seeking to effectively tackle sustainability concerns. This summary summarizes the key discoveries and contributions of our study. This study highlights the potential benefits of incorporating Sustainable Synergy: Integrating Engineering and HR Practices, based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, including alignment and comparative studies. Alignment studies highlight the need of aligning engineering and HR strategies to successfully achieve sustainability goals, thereby connecting the domains of economics, the environment, and social factors. Comparative studies demonstrate the contrasting opinions held by engineers and HR experts, emphasizing the need of incorporating multiple ideas to create a comprehensive sustainability strategy. The given conceptual framework combines these concepts, emphasizing the need of aligning organizations and integrating multiple viewpoints to enhance sustainable results. Suggested measures including encouraging cooperation across departments, providing training for employees, implementing quantifiable sustainability measurements, and launching programs to enhance employee engagement and diversity. This study significantly enhances our understanding of the incorporation of engineering and HR practices within the framework of sustainability. However, it recognizes several limitations, such as the narrow emphasis on particular literature and the contextual uniqueness of the results. Future study should focus on implementing and assessing the long-term sustainability effects of this integration in practical terms.
