The impacts exhibit substantial variation among distinct populations, wherein pivotal determinants include age, cultural heritage, and patterns of utilization. The study has determined that the influence of social media on mental health is complex and contingent upon the specific circumstances. It is imperative to recognize the potential advantages and disadvantages of social media in order to formulate approaches that minimize adverse consequences while amplifying favourable ones, thereby fostering more salubrious digital environments.
