This research analyzes the amalgamation of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Accounting in promoting sustainable performance inside enterprises. By conducting a methodical examination of existing literature, this study combines information from several scholarly sources, including comparative, aligned, and argumentative research, to provide a theoretical framework that emphasizes the positive outcomes of combining HRM and Accounting in relation to sustainability. Approach: This study utilizes a qualitative synthesis of current literature, specifically examining studies that investigate the connection between Human Resource Management (HRM), Accounting, and sustainability. The analysis involves comparing procedures, results, and theoretical foundations found in certain books. Results: The results indicate that the integration of HRM and Accounting has a considerable positive impact on organizational sustainability. This integration improves environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, employee engagement, and financial outcomes. Nevertheless, the study also highlights inconsistencies in the methods used in previous research and emphasizes the need of doing empirical studies to confirm the advantages mentioned. Conclusion: The research determines that the incorporation of HRM and Accounting is crucial in fostering sustained success. The recommendations include promoting multidisciplinary cooperation, adopting sustainability criteria, allocating resources for professional training, and embracing technology improvements. Future research should prioritize doing empirical studies to address existing constraints and get a more full knowledge of the effect of this integration on sustainability.
