The aim of the study is to determine the degree of grit and self-leadership exhibited by women employed in higher education. Women working in higher education—college professors, researchers, and higher secondary teachers—make up the study's sample. There are 115 people in the study's sample. The grit scale and the abbreviated self-leadership questionnaire (ASLQ) are used to get the data. In this study, correlational research design has been used. Purposive sampling is the sample technique employed in this investigation. SPSS was used to examine the acquired data. ANOVA, regression analysis, and Pearson's correlation coefficient for product moment were the statistical methods employed in the present research. Based on the findings, women who work show a very weak positive link between grit and self-leadership.
