The research employs a questionnaire method, ensuring the reliability of the survey instrument with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.8. The theoretical framework combines the theory of emotion with Islamic motivation to collect the necessary data. Through a quantitative analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and Microsoft Excel, the study explores the impact of technology use on learning, revealing that teenagers are motivated to engage in virtual sharing and enhance language skills. Gender and faculty-based differences in technology use effects on learning are found to be insignificant. The study underscores the importance of technological progress for educational and socio-economic advancement. The anticipated findings aim to provide valuable insights for enhancing time management support systems and academic success initiatives in Malaysian public universities.
