Technology will play a pivotal role in augmenting the work-life balance of lecturers working in management institutions. Integration of Technology decreases employees’ need to work beyond their regular hours, strengthening the equilibrium between their professional and personal lives. The objective is to understand the role of technology in reducing the workload, which in turn enhances the work-life balance of the lecturers. The research method is descriptive. Using the Cochran formula, the population was assumed to comprise 135 Lecturers at various management institutions in Bangalore. The scale analysis verified the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. AMOS for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The study’s results indicate that the current technologies in education have reduced the administrative burden on lecturers by updating mark sheets and attendance sheets, automatic updating of progress reports, and evaluation and assessment of assignments online. Generally, previous studies have focused more on IT, BFSI, and technical areas. The present study focused on the education field, and it will be helpful in management institutions’ adoption of technologies that will enable smooth functioning and enable lecturers to strike a balance between personal and professional life.
