A viable method for boosting the security and integrity of medical data is blockchain technology. Access-based authentication mechanisms in blockchain, in particular, can offer a solid framework for monitoring and restricting access to private medical records. This study provides a thorough analysis of Blockchain technology used for medical records with an emphasis on security issues. The survey investigates various strategies and methods used to safeguard medical records in a blockchain setting.
