摘要

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a big part of healthcare because data analytics has changed things. It has changed how diseases like cancer, heart disease, and neurological disorders are treated more practically. The main reason to use AI in healthcare is to deal with the problems and complexity caused by patients’ medical data coming in both structured and unstructured forms. AI has a bright future in which it can help make better medical decisions, like with radiology imaging. Many of AI’s benefits come from the complex algorithms that help it learn from the considerable amount of healthcare data and correct itself, making it more accurate. However, artificial intelligence has raised the question of healthcare professionals’ employability, mainly how they will find work in the future and if they are ready to use AI to their advantage. This chapter looks at how healthcare professionals, especially young doctors, can develop their careers in the age of artificial intelligence. As more and more AI technologies are used in healthcare, it is becoming increasingly important for young doctors to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and learn the skills and knowledge they need to use AI effectively. The chapter will start by presenting the impact of AI on the healthcare industry. Then, we present the challenges of using AI in the healthcare sector. Lastly, the research will show how AI affects young doctors’ professional growth and job prospects. The chapter will try to discover what skills and knowledge young doctors need to manage their professional development well in the age of AI. We also look at the different educational and training programs that young doctors can use to acquire these skills and knowledge and find gaps in what is already available. Ultimately, this research will tell us a lot about how young doctors can successfully deal with the changing healthcare system and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the age of AI. Concerns about ethics arise when AI is used in healthcare, such as the loss of the human touch in patient care and the use of patient data for business purposes. When using AI in healthcare, organizations need to consider these ethical questions and put the safety and well-being of patients first.
