This research paper explores the effect of internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) dimensions on employee turnover intentions within the unique context of the National Bank of Bahrain. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were gathered from 264 employees through a self-administered survey. The study focused on three dimensions of ICSR: workforce diversity, work-life balance, and human rights. Statistical analyses, including hierarchical regression and correlation analyses, were employed to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal a significant negative relationship between ICSR dimensions and turnover intentions, indicating that employees who perceive higher levels of workforce diversity, work-life balance, and human rights are less likely to intend to leave the organization. These results underscore the importance of fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment to mitigate turnover intentions among employees. The study concludes by discussing implications for practice and suggesting avenues for future research in the field of internal CSR and employee turnover.
