The world is becoming a more automated and connected society. This approach is manifested in smart settings that connect computers to ordinary tasks and circumstances. This study focuses on technology’s function and influence in the residential space, and it delves into the smart home system’s meaning and efficiency, as well as how it helps the user. A questionnaire is administered to examine the knowledge and opinions of public subjects in order to test and confirm the hypothesis by evaluating the data and comparing and gathering the findings. Furthermore, this questionnaire focuses on the participant’s understanding of the smart home system and its advantages, as well as their opinions on several issues such as the benefit, safety, ease of use, and the future of smart homes.
