摘要
This research investigates the effect of internal corporate social responsibility (ICSR) aspects on employee engagement in the non-western context of BFG International Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Drawing on a sample of 144 employees, data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire, and analyzed using SPSS version 20. The study focused on three dimensions of ICSR: workforce diversity, work-life balance, and health and safety. The results revealed that positive perceptions of these dimensions were significantly associated with higher levels of employee engagement. Specifically, workforce diversity, work-life balance, and health and safety collectively explained approximately 60% of the variance in employee engagement. Furthermore, hierarchical regression analyses demonstrated that each dimension individually contributed to employee engagement.
