Cooperative Design for Integrating Technical and Contextual Skills in Technical Training
摘要
This study investigates how co-design works as a method of merging core and contextual skills early in the educational design process. The cooperative design method, HEI4Future Co-design, involves stakeholders working together to enhance workforce capabilities in specific technical industries entering digital transformation. The HEI4Future Co-design method was examined for its instrumentality in transforming contextual entrepreneurial skills into domain-specific technical core skills. The method was applied through workshops exploring the integration of entrepreneurial skills into technical learning activities. The study indicates that the HEI4Future Co-design and cooperative approaches significantly transform EntreComp skills into domain-specific core skills. Moreover, it revealed that the cooperative process increases skill transfer when introduced early in the educational design process.
