Cooperative Learning in Industry 4.0: Transforming SMEs and Educational Practices with Assembly Line Prototypes

This paper explores the difficulties that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), students, and lecturers encounter when trying to adopt Industry 4.0 technologies. It highlights the need for practical education to prepare these groups for the digital shift. A cooperative learning method is proposed, using assembly line prototype models to provide hands-on experience. The paper also details a system that encompasses data collection, processing, and visualization to improve industrial processes.
