The Changing Landscape of Christianity in Scotland: New Churches in Glasgow, 2000–2016
摘要
Between 2000 and 2016, 110 new churches were started in the City of Glasgow in Scotland. These churches were largely independent, founded, and led by global Christians. The forecast of the church in Britain has been defined by an enduring narrative of regression for many decades, but this is changing. The presence and influence of old and established institutions are undoubtedly waning, but many new and innovative groups are emerging to keep the heritage of the church alive.
