Optimization Design of Industrial 3D CAD Software Based on Interview Analysis

As user-centered industrial CAD software can contribute to the development and improvement the software, the paper explores the usability of the current 4 types of CAD software by coding and quantifying the interview with new and professional users through NVivo software. Though unclear error re-port and low utilization of help document are common in industrial software, it tentatively provides some suggestions on the optimization design of domestic software, including enhancing the friendliness of interface, improving the functional design of software, and promoting the help system. Finally, it offers an interface optimization sample for the help system.
