摘要

The contribution aims to define an algorithmic script, through which to enhance the teaching of descriptive geometry and, more specifically, of the different methods of producing two-dimensional perspectives. After a preliminary analysis regarding the history and evolution of the use and theories related to descriptive geometry, we want to extrapolate the basic procedural notions that regulate the construction and representation of solids. The identification of the procedural steps is configured as the theoretical basis through which to generate an algorithmic script, useful for teaching and understanding relationships and procedures linked to the construction of three-dimensional spaces and the two-dimensional representation of solids. In this sense, it is now known how the deconstructivist modus operandi implemented by generative modeling is today a guiding light for the understanding of mathematical and spatial processes. The material and immediate processes of analogue design in fact leave room for new paradigms for learning, in an academic/educational context increasingly oriented towards digital.
