摘要

This study aimed to explore the competencies of strategic planning and their relationship with crisis management in Palestinian schools. Using the descriptive-analytical approach, data from 144 questionnaires completed by secondary school teachers in Hebron were analyzed. The results revealed a statistically significant role for strategic planning competencies in crisis management, with a p-value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.848, indicating a strong positive relationship. The findings suggest that teachers and administrators with advanced strategic planning skills are more capable of effectively handling educational crises. The study recommends organizing specialized training programs, raising awareness of the importance of strategic planning, establishing specialized crisis management units, encouraging continuous research, regularly evaluating crisis management plans, and enhancing institutional cooperation. Additionally, the study advocates for providing necessary support to school leaders, leveraging technology, encouraging community involvement, and developing educational curricula that enhance these competencies.
