摘要

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in textile companies. 109 employees at a textile company engaged in marketing participated in this quantitative study. The data gathering technique involved distributing questionnaires including three variables: leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty. This study uses partial regression analysis with SPSS statistical tools. The findings showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction has no meaningful impact on employee loyalty. This finding suggests that leadership style forms the emotional commitment that forms loyalty. Company management can use these results as input to prioritize leadership style in fostering employee loyalty. Providing positive suggestions and support from leaders is proven to be able to build employee loyalty. A fair leadership style and listening to employee aspirations can lead to increased job satisfaction.
