摘要

The efforts to accelerate pandemic crisis recovery have become a global focus of attention in recent years. After a national-level strategy has been formulated, to effectively carrying it out requires the central role of regional leaders. This study attempts to examine factors that drive multisector pandemic recovery as perceived by regional leaders. It is hypothesized that leadership characteristics and practicing agile principles have a positive impact on recovery. Participants in the study include regional leaders from the government, military, and police, specifically regional heads from 128 districts/cities in Java-Bali. The main findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between leadership character and practicing agile principles and perceptions of recovery. However, there is no relationship found between agility and perceptions of recovery.
