摘要

Network security has become an increasingly serious topic as a direct result of the rise in the number of linked devices, such as computers, smartphones, and other Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Devices that can connect to the Internet, such as personal computers and mobile phones, are susceptible to a broad number of different types of assaults. The purpose of penetration testing is to locate vulnerable areas inside a system and determine how serious those vulnerabilities are via the use of simulated attacks. This study looked at a variety of security-related topics, including security auditing, security analysis, and penetration testing. Despite the prevalence of Linux-based operating systems with a focus on security such as Kali-Linux, Parrot OS and backbox, it is planned to develop independent system that would make it easier to implement the aforementioned guidelines. This was in spite of the fact that many of these systems are already available. It was able to do this using Magpie OS, a variant of Ubuntu that places an emphasis on safety. As a result of this, it may be used to find vulnerabilities in the system that is being investigated. The disc image for the VMware Operating System will also be given. This apparatus is going to be put to work for the advancement of scientific knowledge. In order to simulate assaults on a vulnerable server, we will be using both web and firewall protection mechanisms.
