Utilizing Decision Theory in Agriculture with Quadripartitioned Neutrosophic Soft Sets in the Midst of Uncertainty

Making decisions becomes a formidable challenge in situations marked by uncertainty. Various mathematical theories have been devised to assist in navigating these critical decision-making scenarios. This study employs Decision-making matrices, constructed from experts’ evaluation reports, to pinpoint the farmer who produces high-quality food millets while maximizing profits. The identification process involves the application of Laplace criterion techniques and the Savage Criterion technique.
