Healthcare Waste Treatment Technology Selection Under Fermatean Fuzzy Environment
摘要
Healthcare wastes (HCWs) are those kinds of perish materials which commonly come from hospitals, bio-labs, nursing homes, mortuaries, blood banks, autopsy centres etc. These materials are either infectious, radioactive or chemically toxic which can cause numerous kinds of serious health issues. Hence, these wastes need to be properly managed either by waste reduction or reuse or recycling and there are many altruistic ways to do so. Concerning this issue, the present treatise has concentrated on identifying a proper healthcare waste management (HCWM) technique among several based on different selection criteria and compactly modelled the problem as multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) problem under Fermatean Fuzzy Environment (FFE). Full consistency method (FUCOM) has been redefined under FFE using Fermatean Fuzzy Weighted Geometric Operator (FFWGO) to evaluate criteria weights. Finally, to rank HCWM techniques, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) technique has been introduced under FFE. Moreover, comparative study and sensitivity analysis have been done with the aim of validating the consistency and reliability of ultimate outcome through proposed integrated framework.
