摘要

The first epidemic model is the classical SIR model, where the population is divided into three subclasses, S, I and R. Here we discuss an epidemic model of type SEIR, where the model is divided into four compartments S, E, I and R and having non – linear incidence and discuss the stability analysis. For the stability analysis of the equilibrium point of the given model, we use Lyapunov – Lasalle invariance principle. We also discuss the asymptotic behavior of this. Here \(R_{0}\) is very important for any diseases to be epidemic, endemic or pandemic. If \(R_{0} < 1\) Then DFE is globally asymptotically stable. If \(R_{0} > 1\) , then EE appears which is globally asymptotically stable. If \(R_{0} = 1\) , then disease will be there in the system which may increase in future if the favourable condition occurs.
