Agricultural Products Traceability System Using Blockchain Technology

The blockchain is used to distribute and record transactions securely in an immutable ledger. There is no formal mechanism in place in a traditional supply chain to ensure the legality of food goods, which creates doubts about their authenticity and quality. The goal of this project is to create a decentralized, block chain based system for product origin and quality verification, with a particular emphasis on setting up an organic food supply chain certification. This paper describes how the use of smart contracts in blockchain technology can improve supply chain data security by lowering the risks of fraudulent data manipulation and data tampering. Customers can feel confident in the quality of the products because they will receive a quality assurance certificate. We create a website between various Organic products manufactures and users helping them comprehend the benefits of implementing a blockchain-based system to enhance overall operational efficiency using smart contract.
