It’s difficult for a fashion brand or shop to forecast which new goods will be hits and fails when to trendy, in-demand products that sell out rapidly. After that, shoppers shopping for that item are likely to depart frustrated unless the merchant has a similar. Many notable designers across the world have great creations. Favourite designs are occasionally copied and sold as replicas or counterfeits in local markets or glamorous showrooms. The trademark may have been avoided by branding the goods with the designer's name. Fashion enterprises benefit from trademark protection. Trademarks protect brands, not products.
