A 3D Geometry Service Platform Based on Point-Cloud Towards Curved Plate Forming
摘要
Aim to support intelligent applications of curved plate manufacturing, the paper proposed a 3D geometry service platform based on point-cloud data. Some geometry services covered geometric features extraction, similarity measuring, spatial registration, and geometric reconstruction thus be constructed to dispose surface models, thereby providing an algorithm foundation for the forming of ship plate bending. The results show that the geometry service platform is effective for ship plate manufacturing.
