Industry 5.0 with Sustainable Development

The European Commission's concept of I 5.0 envisions, aims to be sustainable and aligns with the UN's goals for a better world. It also prioritizes creating a good work environment where employees can learn and grow. There are still questions about how exactly it will work and how it will affect the environment. The European Commission sees I 5.0 to improve Industry 4.0 by making it more socially and environmentally friendly. This could be a major step forward in solving problems like climate change and poverty, while also boosting the economy. For example, India's focus on clean energy fits well with I 5.0's emphasis on sustainability. India's large workforce could also benefit from I 5.0's focus on creating positive work environments. This paper proposes a model to help us understand the technology and social aspects of I 5.0. This model highlights the importance of ethics and open communication. The paper also explores how I 5.0 could lead to a more sustainable future, offering valuable ideas for researchers and businesses.
