摘要

The emergence of Industry 5.0 represents a paradigm shift in manufacturing, characterized by the seamless integration of physical and digital technologies to create highly interconnected and intelligent production systems. This evolution promises unprecedented levels of efficiency, flexibility, and customization, revolutionizing the way goods are produced and consumed. However, with this integration comes increased vulnerability to cyber threats. Neglecting security in Industry 5.0 environments can have far-reaching consequences, including potential disruptions to operations, compromise of sensitive data, and even physical safety risks. Given the interconnected nature of Industry 5.0 systems, a breach in security can propagate rapidly across entire production networks, leading to significant economic and reputational damage. Therefore, it is crucial to prioritize cybersecurity in Industry 5.0 to safeguard against these risks and ensure the resilience and sustainability of future manufacturing ecosystems. This research aims to investigate how the principles of Industry 5.0, characterized by a close convergence between physical and digital technologies, can be secured against emerging cyber threats. It explores the unique security challenges posed by Industry 5.0 and proposes strategies and solutions to mitigate these risks.
