摘要

When it comes to finding and keeping a job, workplace accessibility is a major challenge for people who are visually impaired or blind. Our study highlights digital accessibility as a crucial lever for professional inclusion for these individuals. This importance is all the more marked in the context of Industry 5.0 technologies, where digital accessibility is becoming an essential element in fully integrating the visually impaired into this advanced technological environment. Through a literature review, we will study the role of the company in implementing this approach, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy. Indeed, our paper aims to study approaches to the inclusivity of people with disabilities in response to the employment challenge, through universal design, which promotes the inclusion of all forms of disability. This chapter also details managerial implications explaining how the Human resources (HR) department implements strategies to improve the professional inclusion of visually impaired through an inclusive HR policy, offering valuable information based on various HR practices to improve the success of the recruitment and foster an inclusive and accessible work environment.
