The Impact of Digital Visual Management on Safety Workplace

The main goal of this work is to study the impact of digitalized visual management on safety and health in companies, with a focus on the importance of classic visual management at first and the added value of using digital screens and using application solutions in the industry. The study of this paper was done at known multinational industrial company. All Member of the different department in the production process play an important role because they are responsible for the supply chain, quality, assembling, logistic, and more but of course at first for safety process at work. The revolution of industry 4.0 and the digital changes should normally add value on working quality and to bring to the point the number of possible accidents, in addition directors will implement new tools to improve the condition in working place. Many benefits than disadvantages with digital screens have been detected. This paper presents the utilization and the possible investment for the industry in digital instruments to be placed for constant performance in terms of safety workplace but also for other manufacturing-related applications. One of these solutions that could concern workplace and safety is digital lean tool of visual management (VM 4.0). The utilization of different ways of VM qualifies immediate reaction to appearing problems that becomes clear into an enlargement in member of staff’ awareness of safety issues and also health issues. The article introduce the opportunities using digital visual management application in establishment in matter of upgrading jobs safety.
