Understanding the Role of Digital Twin in Business Process Improvement

Digital Twin technology has become increasingly popular in improving business processes across different industries. When combined with methodologies like Business Process Improvement (BPI), digital twin technology can truly transform business operations. In this context, research focuses on exploring the potential of digital twin technology in conjunction with BPI to improve business processes and develop best practices and methodologies. This paper presents a literature review conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits and challenges of implementing digital twin technology and BPI initiatives.
