摘要

Blockchain technology is a tool that revolutionizes the supply chain and logistics industry. Its use makes data between partners or collaborators guaranteed because it provides greater transparency and traceability. A methodology of literature review of current literature from Scopus and WOS databases with inclusion criteria of interest to the researcher is proposed. They present potential benefits such as increased efficiency and transparency of the supply chain generally used in inventory management. Security and efficiency in logistics to track the origin and movement of products used by large multinational chains. Decentralization in supply chain management to enable supply chain participants to collaborate effectively. Smart contracts in logistics to enable transactions. Reducing costs in supply chain management because leaders manage without disruption creating resilience. Improving the customer experience by achieving faster, more cost-effective delivery. Supply chain collaboration and trust because it enables companies to adapt to market changes. In addition, the challenges of blockchain are discussed because it will depend on the characteristics of the company for its adoption. Finally, it is mentioned that blockchain will be the future of supply chains because the data obtained along the supply chain will not be manipulable.
