摘要

Currently, cybersecurity is a growing concern in society where cyber threats and risks have become increasingly sophisticated and frequent throughout the digital landscape. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors, models, frameworks, and technologies applied in cybersecurity management within the social approach. Through a systematic review of the literature and an appropriate search strategy, 70 papers obtained from specialized sources such as IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink and Web of Science have been analyzed. Furthermore, applying an exhaustive exploration, those aspects that have proven to be relevant to be applied in effective management of social cybersecurity have been identified. The conjunction, understanding and application of these aspects in a strategic manner seeks to strengthen the protection of individuals, organizations, and communities against digital threats. This study has been developed as a valuable source of knowledge to address cybersecurity challenges in modern society and provide a solid foundation for future protection and prevention strategies.
