摘要

The research raises questions about the significance of corporate ethics in shaping a unified organizational space and ensuring the ecological nature of interactions among workforce members through establishing an effective system of corporate social identification. The authors postulate that many factors shape the corporate moral regulation system, the main ones being formal rules and procedures initiated by the management subsystem and informal modes of social interaction spontaneously developed within the organization. Corporate ethics is a colossal resource that, under skillful management, can serve the purpose of cooperation or, conversely, has the potential to become a factor in the social disintegration of personnel. The system of corporate moral regulation represents a combination of principles, norms, and rules of social interaction within the company, developed during its functioning and influencing the identity of employees. The integrative unity of corporate values makes it possible to ensure the integrity of the collective, its cohesion in solving professional tasks, shared worldview, and loyalty to the organization. However, this is achievable only if the corporate goals and values of the managing and managed subsystems coincide and the effectiveness of their interaction is based on understanding the individual as a free and creative subject of professional activity. In this mode of existence, corporate ethics transforms into a powerful resource of organizational PR and ensures a high level of ecological sustainability in social interactions.
