摘要

Responsible innovations play a crucial role in the development of today’s world across all sectors of human activity. The sustainable development of agriculture hinges on the preservation and replenishment of resources, including the necessity to explore new fertilizers, regulate dosages, and develop recommendations for their application. One of the most pressing ecological issues in Kamchatka is the disposal of press liquor generated after fish meal production. This research aims to study the implementation of responsible innovation, utilizing press fish broth for feed crops, integrating it into the strategic objectives of agricultural enterprises and organizations in the Kamchatka Territory. The research also aims to confirm that the use of easily renewable resources in agriculture contributes to addressing the region’s environmental problems, providing a rational means of press liquor utilization, and enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises and organizations. The responsible innovation is represented by the press broth formed as a result of processing fish waste into meals. The paper presents the results of the study on the environmental impact of press fish broth on the fertility of Kamchatka’s soil, promoting the improvement of agricultural product quality, resource renewal, and the resolution of environmental issues in the Kamchatka Territory. The research provides experimental data supporting the hypothesis that the continuous use of press fish broth throughout the year for feed crops is a responsible innovation, consequently being one of the most environmentally and economically rational approaches to broth utilization for the region.
