摘要

Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs can engage in entrepreneurial activity in Russia. They act as carriers of certain types of legal liability to which appropriate legal measures can be applied. The legal norms provided for entrepreneurs must be strictly observed. Failure to comply with the civil liability of entrepreneurship in the field of consumer cooperation may lead to legal deprivation of employment in one or another type of activity in entrepreneurship. When conducting this research, the authors analyzed literary sources of Russian and international authors who studied entrepreneurship issues. The authors study the concept, signs, and types of legal liability of entrepreneurs. The nature of civil morality and responsibility plays a significant role in this activity. The authors identify that public danger is a sign where, in the event of an administrative offense, harm is caused to the public. Accordingly, this can be characterized as an offense and a crime. Civil regulation in the field of consumer cooperation obliges entrepreneurs to comply with all types of legal liability, rules, and legal requirements when carrying out their activities.
