摘要

The research outlines the prerequisites for the development of the green economy and justifies the need to switch industries to organic products. The authors outline the main directions for implementing the green economy: eco-innovations and eco-design. The topic of introducing a green economy into the agro-industrial complex was touched upon, and the directions and main problems of its development were identified. The unevenness of the implementation of the green economy in agriculture of the Krasnodar Territory was determined, with the predominance of purchases of breeding plants and animals. The Kuban was divided into orographic and landscape-climatic conditions to identify the specialization of rural areas and subsequently determine the directions of development of organic production. In the steppe regions, the problem of protecting land from wind and water erosion is indicated due to a decrease in areas and the quality of forest stands. A positive solution to this issue is implemented by one of the directions of the green economy – phytoremediation. The authors considered the examples of enterprises and organizations introducing elements of the green economy into the technological process were considered; some examples were awarded certificates of organic production. Moreover, the authors identified promising production in coastal rural areas for grape cultivation and wine production using elements of the green economy. The research outlined legislative initiatives in the Russian Federation regulating production in the framework of the development of the green economy. Additionally, the authors proposed measures of state support for the development of organic production.
