摘要

The research analyzes the efficiency of the activities of a construction cluster enterprise in the Republic of Mordovia, during which the authors diagnose positive trends in its development. In pursuit of green business growth and the safety of new settlements, the leadership of “NOVOTEK” LLC decided to acquire innovative ventilation and fire extinguishing system equipment for the erected 18-story building No. 2A of the residential complex “Quartet.” The net present income of the enterprise’s innovative project in 2024 is planned at the level of 22,330 thousand rubles, with a profitability index of 1.977, showing a high effectiveness of the investments. Substantiating the obtained calculations, the authors can argue that this innovative project can be used in the comprehensive construction of multi-story residential buildings. Based on the analysis of the construction enterprise’s innovative project, the authors justified the need to develop practical recommendations for implementing risk modeling at this enterprise for sustainable development and green business growth. The research showed that innovative processes and information technologies at the enterprise are performed inefficiently. The authors identified a complete absence of risk accounting and systematization, as a result of which the enterprise may be exposed to financial instability. As a universal solution to the identified problems, the authors proposed a model in Excel to systematize project risks that threaten its cost, quality, and implementation deadlines. Specialists from different departments of “NOVOTEK” LLC are recommended to fill in adverse events in the file and assess them in points. The conclusion is drawn that the model will construct a heat map, making it possible to evaluate the acceptability of risks and potential damage from them before and after preventive measures.
