摘要

The contemporary development of the country’s economy imposes stringent conditions on companies. In this context, the leadership’s perspective on the unfolding situation is crucial because crisis management measures are shaped by the opinion of the executive body. This perspective is reflected in the strategy of crisis management, which determines the character, specificity, and direction of crisis management for the enterprise. Exploring contemporary trends, concepts, and methods of crisis management will enable companies to formulate an effective policy, underscoring the relevance of the research topic. Developing and implementing a crisis management strategy for the enterprise requires analyzing and considering various aspects of its operations, justifying the practicality of employing multicriteria decision-making methods. The research is dedicated to developing a decision-making algorithm for choosing a crisis management strategy for the enterprise based on a comprehensive analysis of methodological approaches to conducting multicriteria analysis of existing alternatives. Within the scope of this work, the authors conducted a theoretical and methodological analysis of the concepts of “crisis management,” “strategy,” and “crisis management strategy,” as well as multicriteria decision-making methods presented in Russian and foreign literature. The authors developed an algorithm for deciding on the choice of a crisis management strategy for the enterprise, relying on applying the MABAC method, which is based on the division of approximation areas that can be considered risk zones. The proposed algorithm will help select the most preferable strategy and establish contingency plans in case of unforeseen problems associated with implementing the chosen strategy, positioning it as a tool to ensure the enterprise’s stability.
