摘要

The research focuses on balanced management in managerial style and leadership in corporate labor relations. The authors compare individual and collective leadership and reveal their characteristics, advantages, and limitations. The authors demonstrate the essence of balanced management, which includes elements of individual and collective aspects of management. This association involves not only the joint work of men and women but also the unification of their leadership qualities and the synthesis of ways of thinking that will contribute to creating a more efficient and innovative working environment, improving competitiveness, and developing corporate social responsibility. During the research, the authors revealed that, despite the approximately equal quantitative gender ratio in the leadership, there is no inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity in management and can create conditions for the successful work of men and women at all levels of the organization. The public consciousness of employees is dominated by the belief about the priority of the male leadership style and the need for the presence of male leadership qualities in the leader. The research results demonstrated the need to create a special environment to introduce a balanced management style, which will be facilitated by the creation of mentoring programs, a zero-tolerance policy for gender discrimination, and trainings and training programs that can help leaders develop corporate social leadership skills, communication, emotional intelligence, and other key competencies.
