摘要

The research focuses on legal regulation and state support of entrepreneurship, including cooperative entrepreneurship. The research aims to analyze the problems related to the legal regulation of cooperative entrepreneurship and propose ways to solve them. Considering small and medium-sized entrepreneurship under cooperation as a system, the authors argue that its functioning largely depends on the conditions determined by the existing level of legal regulation. In the constantly changing reality, in some cases, the legislative base is outdated. It does not consider the new level of legal relations and requires updating. Moreover, in some cases, it is necessary to develop new regulations. Technical progress, permanent renewal of production, technological, and logistic processes against the background of economic and political reality changing in front of our eyes requires the active participation of the state in creating favorable conditions for the functioning of a free market, which includes all areas of entrepreneurial activity, including entrepreneurial cooperation. At the current stage of entrepreneurship development, legal regulation should comprehensively consider public interests related to budget filling, security, and employment of the population, and business interests related to clear and effective measures to support it. This regulation can give impetus to the accelerated development of entrepreneurial cooperation.
