Place and Role of Farms and Consumer Cooperatives in the Green Economy
摘要
The research focuses on the problem of the creation and development of agricultural cooperatives using ecological technologies of cultivation of crops to obtain organic products. The authors note that the green growth of the economy in many foreign countries is based on the gradual abandonment of exhaustible energy sources and the transition to renewable or alternative energy sources at the industrial and household levels. In turn, Russia creates and implements its own model of green economy based on resource conservation principles and stage-by-stage reduction of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. This research provides data on the analysis of state support to farmers, heads of peasant (farm) enterprises, and private subsidiary farms through their preliminary training based on Russian agricultural universities. The analysis of the experience of training and retraining personnel for agricultural business at the Chuvash State Agrarian University has shown the high efficiency of the educational project “School of Farmers,” financed by Rosselkhozbank. Graduates of the program “Farm Agribusiness” receive diplomas in one of the selected areas of study (“Advanced Technologies of Cheese Making,” “Berry Growing,” “Greenhouse Vegetable Growing,” and “Contemporary Aquaculture Technologies”) and the opportunity to participate in a grant competition. They are entitled to preferential lending and other forms of financial support. As part of career guidance work among young people, the Chuvash State Agrarian University has established and successfully operates agricultural classes, where school students from different districts of the Chuvash Republic are trained in a mixed format.
