摘要

With the rapid development and widespread use of distance learning information systems, the need to assess student performance, especially during tests and exams, has arisen. To solve this problem, such systems as Online Proctoring Systems have been developed to help teachers assess the quality of student work and their integrity. Despite the significant demand for Online Proctoring Systems and their widespread implementation, existing solutions still face a number of limitations and problems. These include both strict behavioural requirements and limited attention to assessing the physical and emotional well-being of students, as well as insufficiently advanced methods of data analysis and storage. In this paper, new functional requirements for Online Proctoring Systems were formulated, taking into account such an important aspect as assessing the physical and emotional state of students. And on this basis, further improvements in data analysis and processing methods were suggested. Through the development of functional requirements and more complete and accurate monitoring of student behaviour, we will be able to create a safer and more encouraging environment for students.
