摘要

Modelling of post-printing processes and the book interest level with the aim of developing a modern information supplement to existing publishing and printing complexes is an urgent scientific problem in view of the need to shorten the terms of book product production, reduce the risks associated with the finished product quality, reduce its cost price. In this study, a solution to this problem is proposed by prognostic assessment of the quality of post-printing processes designing using a fundamentally new approach—the fuzzy control theory, which is based on sets of linguistic variables and corresponding term-sets of values. Methods of ontological analysis and expert evaluation are used to identify a number of factors influencing the quality of post-printing processes designing. Conceptual models of information technologies are developed for the formation and prognostic assessment of the quality of post-printing processes designing as well as algorithms of simulation models for calculating integral quality indicators. As a result, a fuzzy system is created in the form of a software product for determining integral indicators of prognostic quality assessment of the studied processes. An important result obtained is the possibility to determine the prognostic quality indicators on the basis of input parameters entered by the user, which correspond to the values of the universal term-set. In addition, not only a direct, but also a reverse course of solving the problem is provided. That is, the recommended values of the input parameters are presented, under which it is possible to achieve a predetermined quality indicator.
