摘要

This chapter focuses on issues that project consortia poorly consider when resource and timeline planning. In particular, the chapter highlights that ethical approval, instrument design, language translation, and testing can often be underestimated in terms of how long they can take and the resources they consume. By careful timeline planning and allocating sufficient resources in relation to that timeline we argue that many challenges and personal stressors associated with these key areas in the implementation process of a project can be minimised.
