Political Ecology Versus Political Geography: BRICS’ Peculiarities

The chapter is devoted to the problem of comparing two close approaches to the process of defining Geography as a branch of science and Social Ecology as a new one in the same field of defining different regions and states from the point of view of their location and main geo-ecological characteristics. Two different schools and estimations are provided in order to find differences between the understanding of PG and PE in different regions of the world.
