摘要
The policy of “Russia’s turn to the East” has made it possible to estimate the prospects and significance of the “One Belt, One Road” economic and cultural integration strategy put forward by the Chinese Communist Party for the countries of the region. In the chapter, the authors will touch upon some important problems relating to: the attractiveness of the cultural and economic integration strategy “One Belt, One Road” for the modern world; the experience of building mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Russia; the cultural and educational strategies of the “common road” and “common future”. In this regard, the special importance of the youth policy for the Chinese Communist Party and Russian Federation and special significance of forming the historical consciousness of young people are emphasized. The article characterizes the specifics of both modern and future youth generations, which must be taken into account by teachers of universities, colleges and schools in organizing the educational process.
