This paper investigates the impact of outsourcing on service quality in government entities. As governments worldwide increasingly turn to outsourcing, understanding its effects on service delivery becomes crucial. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a purposeful sampling method to survey employees from three government entities. The findings shed light on the perceptions of employees regarding outsourcing's impact on service quality. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a reliability test using SPSS. The results indicate a generally positive perception of outsourcing's impact on service quality in government entities.
